Project 1: Contextual Study Sketch Journal of a Traditional Street

For our first assignment, we were required to pick a street of our choice and sketch out its historical highlights. I chose Jalan Tun H.S. Lee and I had the opportunity to visit the site. I found this project very interesting and fun because it allowed me to learn about Jalan Tun H.S. Lee so much more.

This assignment gave me an insight into Traditional Chinese Architecture. I found this project interesting because it is a topic that I never intended on reading about. Upon completing the assignment, I felt like I gained a lot of new knowledge.
Project 2 Poster and Seminar-Contemporary Issues in Asian Architecture

In a group of 7, we were required to produce a research poster with issues as well as a 10 minute presentation on information about our chosen street which was Jalan Petaling. At first, my groupmates and I were lost and were not sure on how to proceed with the assignment. However, I am so grateful to have understanding and helpful groupmates as we managed to help each other along the way.
